This past May, I was among millions who obtained a bachelor’s degree. On that day, I felt pride in my accomplishment and excited for what life had in store for my future. This feeling was not what I expected months prior.
At the beginning of spring semester, the question so many fear was pounding in my mind. “What are you doing after graduation?” For months, I searched for jobs that were specific to my degree and, to be honest, I was terrified. Funds were getting low, and all the people I knew with my degree were unemployed for a while after graduating.
