Hoping to close the gender pay gap, the state treasurer’s office is joining in an effort to coach more than 5,000 women statewide on salary negotiation tactics, officials said Wednesday.
The American Association of University Women has held salary negotiation workshops in cities and towns across the country, including Boston. Now the program is going statewide.
