This month, Fletcher and the Louisiana Community and Technical College System are celebrating the 20th anniversary of the system’s creation.
This is a significant milestone for every community throughout the state. In 1998, people from around Louisiana voted to create a new future for higher education. In doing so, they unified educational opportunities for our citizens that ensured people from around the state would have open access to workforce training and post-secondary education that would lead to promising careers.
