BLOUNTVILLE, Tenn. — Northeast State Community College officials, elected officials and business leaders gathered Tuesday to break ground on a $29.8 million Technical Education Complex.
“The future is bright; this is a fantastic, beautiful facility,” said state Rep. Timothy Hill, R-Blountville, who is a Northeast State alumnus.
About 100 people attended the ceremony for the 114,475-square-foot building, which will house the school’s business and advance technology divisions.
