Students of Calhoun Community College can access University of Alabama at Birmingham facilities, resources and counselors through a new partnership announced on Thursday.
Graduates of the community college will then be able to enroll at UAB with financial assistance, UAB said. Each year two Calhoun graduates will receive UAB Presidential full tuition scholarships.
The partnership is made possible through the UAB Joint Admissions Program which launched in 2013.
