The application is now open for the Excelsior Scholarship, a program that grants free tuition to students attending New York’s public colleges and universities.
To be eligible for the scholarship this fall, students first must complete separate applications for federal aid and the state’s Tuition Assistance Program. Only then will they be able to receive support through the Excelsior Scholarship.
