In a lot of ways, the pandemic changed the restaurant industry.
Now, students studying culinary arts at Oakland Community College are learning those changes first-hand. While students usually help run a restaurant at the college’s Farmington Hills campus, 27055 Orchard Lake, the program has moved to serve meals with a bit more mobility.
