Pa. Community College Students Now Have New Less Costly Option to Earn a Four-Year Degree

The competition for Pennsylvania college students got a little stiffer this week with the signing of an agreement that will provide students attending Pennsylvania’s 14 community colleges a more affordable transfer option at a rate that is less than that of nearly every in-state public university.

The articulation agreement, signed on Wednesday, with Southern New Hampshire University that will allow community college students to transfer up to 90 credits to complete their bachelor’s degree online at a 10% reduced tuition rate.
