Bachelor’s Degree Program Approved for Ohio College

ELYRIA — In the pipeline between education and employment, Lorain County Community College is ready to turn on the spigot for a program that will let flow a bachelor of applied science degree in microelectronic manufacturing.

Tuesday, college President Marcia Ballinger announced LCCC received final approval from the Ohio Department of Higher Education to offer the advanced degree, making it one of only three community colleges in the state that will move its students beyond associate degree attainment.
