Checking on Compliance

It’s never a good thing to be one of the reasons why the governor calls for a statewide review of operations.

It’s especially troubling to be mentioned in a discussion about plans to take a closer look at how state-run college campuses are handling allegations of sexual assault and harassment.

Unfortunately, Niagara County Community College received such treatment this past week as it was referenced by an aide to the governor as one of the “precipitating factors” in Cuomo’s call for a statewide comprehensive review of higher education institutions and their compliance with the “Enough is Enough” law.
