Corning Community College’s fall athletics will be limited to men’s and women’s cross country, the SUNY junior college announced Wednesday.
Corning will not compete in volleyball, men’s soccer or women’s soccer in the fall of 2020 because of concerns over the coronavirus pandemic.
“Although this is a difficult decision to make, the health and safety of our athletes is our first priority,” Corning CC athletic director Isaac Bushey said in a press release.
