An outside law firm hired by the Maricopa Community College District is investigating a complaint by an employee group that its email was monitored and an employee policy appears to have been tampered with.
A complaint to the colleges’ governing board earlier this year alleges that an email group for officers of the Classified Staff Council and employees was monitored “unbeknownst” to them by someone in human resources.
