For many high school students or adults looking for a post-secondary degree, college is out of reach. In West Virginia, where only 33 percent of adults aged 25 to 64 have a post-secondary degree or certificate, many students don’t even consider attending one of the state’s community and technical colleges due in part to the perceived cost of attendance.
What if there was a way to free up the burden of having to pay for college to create a new future for thousands of West Virginians?
