ANNAPOLIS, Md. (WBFF) – Maryland legislators are considering two bills which would call for free tuition for all students enrolled in Maryland community colleges.
Sen. Ronald N. Young, a Democrat who represents Frederick County, said: “It’s great for the economy, and the investment we make in it brings back way more dollars than it costs, in terms of increased taxes on incomes.”
