For the last seven or so years, brewing beer has been a hobby for Arturo Sosa — something he did when he wasn’t working in the nutritional services department at Longmont United Hospital.
Now, he’s hoping to turn beer into his full-time career with a degree in fermentation sciences from Front Range Community College in Longmont.
