On the morning of the eclipse, a group of Hopkinsville Community College students and faculty will be on campus behind the Rotary Club of Hopkinsville Learning Resource Center.
They’ll be filling a weather balloon, getting their payload ready and talking to a curious public, explaining their involvement in the NASA Space Grant National Eclipse Ballooning Project.
