Mount Wachusett Community College in Massachusetts is set to offer a study abroad program in 2020.
The school will offer scholarships the first year, thanks to funds from the Education Department’s Undergraduate International Studies and Foreign Language program.
The study abroad will not last an entire semester, but will likely take place during school breaks.
Mount Wachusett administrators are working to keep the trips under $4,000 per student. The first destination is Peru.
