CLEVELAND, Ohio – Tuition and mandatory fees at Ohio’s public two- and four-year colleges would remain frozen for two years under Gov. John Kasich’s proposed budget.
The budget, however, increases the amount of state aid for universities in each of the two years, continuing a slow uptick in state support.
